The Elfwood Patron membership provides you with additional
features that a basic membership does not provide. Whether you visit
Elfwood every day or only occasionally, these features will enhance your experience at the site.
Not to mention, you'll be supporting the maintenance and future development
of Elfwood.com. Thanks!
The following is a list of some of the Patron Member features
available today. In the future we will be working to bring you newer
and even better features.
No ads! - Enjoy the site without any external ads and get better
site performance and faster page loading times. This comes from not
having to load the code/images associated with showing ads. The ads in
your gallery will also be removed for anyone visiting. Your gallery
will be ad free!
Personal URL - Your username
will be part of a short URL. Example: http://johndoe.elfwood.com will be your address if your
Elfwood user ID is johndoe. (Yep, it will work even after the
Patron period expires,
Higher Limits - Much higher limits to the allowed number of uploaded images,
stories and tagged favorites.
Badge - Special Badge at your profile page. You will get a special badge
to show that you are a true Elfwood Patron. This will show next to your name on your profile page, in your
comments, when you are playing, and just about everywhere else! And
yeah, your name will have a frame too...
 Animated Smiley -
Animated Smiley Icon! Just look at the creativity amongst the present
icons and you will see what popular way of expressing personality this
is. Now you will get access to an improved smiley
editor, allowing you to create your own cool animated icon!
Glitterdust - To get that little extra attention to
your signature, animated stardust is shown behind your name that will
show up on your profile page, in your comments, and just about
everywhere else! This will be a great way to create some extra
attention to your gallery.
Private Forums - Private Patron-Only forums.
You get access to some private forums which help to filter out some
potential immaturity in the public forums.
Elfwood Email - Your username
will be an email address. Mails will be forwarded to your regular
mailbox. Example: johndoe@elfwood.com will be your address if your
Elfwood user ID is johndoe, but the actual mail will end up in your own old mailbox.
New features - Be the
*first* to see new feature enhancements. From time to time, Elfwood will be releasing new features to
Patron Members before they are publicly announced. Sign up and don't
miss an opportunity to participate in future Elfwood innovations!

The Patron membership status is time limited. After it expires, all
former patrons will be labelled "Donators", keeping a minimal set
of the benefits from being a Patron (to be defined)

Unfortunately, I am having a minor problem. I emailed the help folks and Rachel said she would forward my email to you, but I’m getting ansty and decided to post here, as well. The problem is that I cannot upload new pictures to my art gallery. The bot keeps giving me the message that I am not allowed to have more than 100. *crys* I would greatly appreciate anything you can do to re-set my limit to 150. Thank you!!!!
