| 30 Dec 2002 | Sabina 'Boleto' Limaj | This is definitely ur best pic! I have no words to describe it! *kneels down before the great artist* ^^Well thank you very much! Yer makin’ me blush *lol* But seriously, thank you I’m glad you like it! I was thinking of putting up a fuller version…but dunno if I should. Maybe I’ll just link to it | |
| 20 Feb 2003 | Sarah Madden | I like her hair a lot! I can’t do curly hair at all! Mglek! Her expression is awesome too. Way cool dude.Eeeks, Sarah’s turning up everywhere! *G* Thanks for this comment as well! I can’t do curly hair if I’m using, say, pencil. Well not very well anyway. I think the trick with hand-drawing curly hair is to not do lots of detail, e.g. not try to show each strand of hair – and just do the main highlights I guess. That’s my “tip” anyway *lol* Thanks for the comment! | |
| 28 Feb 2003 | Jds | wow this is one of my favs of Elayne like the others say above i love the misty quality and her smile is very ‘mooning’*G* Thanks for the comment. I always thought (well not always evidently ) that I might put the full version of this picture up, but I don’t like it as much, mostly because her shoulders are weird in it. Nevertheless I might do it anyway. Might *loL* Thanks again! | |
| 29 May 2003 | Julianne E. Ramanujam | Nice. I've always been a fan of charcoal. Keep up the nice work.Hi Julianne and thanks for the comment! I share your appreciation of charcoal - used to be my one and only love! *g* Anyway, see you 'round! | |
| 9 Jul 2003 | Liz Arsenault | This is so lovely! I love all your interpretations of the Wheel of Time characters, and their noses! You can draw noses! I’m so jealous. (I can’t draw noses) Anyway, Elayne looks perfect – good job! Noses…well, sometimes I can do ‘em, sometimes I can’t. It all depends on…something *lol* The cosmos? Something like that. Sometimes you don’t even have to define noses all that much to make them look real. Ya know, a shadow here for the nostril, so on. You should experiment a bit if you haven’t already Anyway, thanks heaps for stopping by!! Take care! | |
| 16 Oct 2003 | Ishamael | You know, I’ve looked damn hard all over the internet for a good Elayne pic. You’d think being so hot and all she would be a popular draw. Thankfully, you have managed a beautiful representation of Elayne here, and the way you use charcoal is really amazing. Trisha W. Farnan replies: "*lol* Yes you would. I do see quite a few Elayne pics around but hardly any that look how I picture her to look. Anyway, thank you for the comment Glad you like the pic! *g*" | |
| 19 Dec 2003 | Claudia Tautges | Very, very well-done. This is how I imagined her. Very fitting. Trisha W. Farnan replies: "Thank you Claudia!" | |
| 14 Feb 2004 | Jenni Powner | This is a magical picture! the shading’s great - especially the eyes and cheekbones. Fantastic work, keep at it! Trisha W. Farnan replies: "Thank you Jenni!" | |
